"Best brand 2011" – Customer Award for Suppliers

There are a great selection of certificates, prices and awards for successful products. To rate the accomplishments of a supplier is new in the takeaway market. The AHGZ granted the award „Best Brand“ for the Hotel, Gastronomy and Catering suppliers. The price is granted for the best hotel- and restaurant supplier of the year.

Customers voting

Customers with the products in use defined which supplier earns the price. The award is the result of an image study conducted by a specialised market research company “Business Target Group” in hospitality commissioned by the AHGZ. The study is focusing on suppliers‘ perception in the categories quality, product-/ service performance and image. 980 decision makers in German restaurants and hotels in the comfort, first class and luxus categories took part in the survey and were interviewed per telephone and online.

2011 “Best brand” was awarded among 100 companies in ten product categories. MICROS-FIDELIO GmbH won “Best Brand 2011”in the categories Software/Payment Systems. “We are very proud of this award, which will further motivate MICROS-Fidelio to invest in our employees and solutions to be able to offer innovative solutions to optimise our customers’ processes and which enables them to directly reach out to their guests” – according to Dr. Christian Janssen, managing director.
