From his or her own personal mobile device, each guest can find your hotel; make, change or cancel a reservation; manage his or her own preferences; check in; order room service or housekeeping; retrieve messages; schedule a wake-up call; view billing information; and check out.
Combining this system with Guest Connection adds the option of table reservations. When used with Open Course, your guests can also make appointments for spa services and reserve golf tee times.

Your guest can access the MyStayManager host by using a mobile app such as an iPad, or by clicking a widget or link embedded into the hotel's or chain’s website, as viewed on a desktop or laptop computer.
The MyStayManager hosted solution at the Data Center provides the connectivity to the OPERA Property Management System at your hotel.
Hotels that are not hosted through one of our Data Centers need SSL encrypted access.
The custom design and branding of your myStayManager system, as well as its activation, are covered by a one-time fee.
Utilization, hosting, upgrades and ongoing consultancy are covered by a recurring monthly fee, based on the number of rooms that your hotel or chain has.
