Sometimes it would be desirable if your cash register could have access to central data during the checkout. Think for example of complex company wide or customer individual promotions – for example such as birthday wishes…

Of course this information is not available at the cash register but maybe at your central database.

If there would be a chance of an online request, various elegant functions would be imaginable: additional to the already mentioned birthday wishes and the print of a gift voucher. Customer individual promotions and vouchers as well as point collection and point administration in combination with promos can be realised.

The storage of points takes place at a central database and therefore this information can be provided in real-time and for all participating markets. Further possible options are such as printing the actual point score and spending points.

The customer is identifying himself with his loyalty card (card with barcode, chipcard, NFC mobile phone, RFID Chip). The POS communicates with the Loyalty Server and receives the relevant data from the Loyalty Server enabling the POS to immediately react on customer preferences, collected points, open credit etc.

If your customers are allowed to shop on delivery note it can be reasonable to run through on automatic credit limitcheck.

  • The dStore Loyalty Center requires a permanent IP-Connection to each participating store.
